By the way bram, I notice you have scored 192 points for book puzzles over the past 7 days. As the highest scoring puzzles are worth 12 points each (apart from a couple of one off exceptions) and can only submit 2 book puzzles a day, I would have thought the maximum should be 12 x 2 x 7 = 168. How did you manage to score 192?

I can answer that: there was a bug in the book submit page (for a few days) which allowed anyone
to submit more than 2 book puzzles a day (an unlimited number in fact).

(Edit: bram noticed and reported it)

I see the difficulty level has been maintained (or possibly even increased?) for yesterday's difficult killer sudoku. I was travelling yesterday and eventually got it completed with less than 5 minutes to spare. It's only been solved 96 times so far - I presume this is close to a record low (in percentage terms) for a killer sudoku?

Yes, I kept the high level for the Friday Killer Sudoku (and upped the rating to 6 stars),
but re-ran the Saturday ones (down to a more acceptable level [smile] )

You're probably right about the record too, will check this.
