The code behind computing the timed rankings table has been extensively reworked,
and runs much faster now (about 10 times faster [love] )

I still have to add back the "your average: <time> (= (time1 + time2 + time3)/3)" lines.

And while I'm at it, a couple of efficiency improvements and one bug fix cut
the size of the largest ranking page (World regular rankings) from 2.4 MB to 1.1 MB [woot]

Ok, and I'm sure everybody is bored to death by now, but: a further efficiency improvement
cut the processing time of the world rankings page from 1.7 to 1.0 seconds, and of the largest
timed rankings list (4x4) from 0.8 to 0.3 seconds [blink] [thumbup]

The larger pages still take a while to appear because there simply is a lot on the page (the processing
time I mention is just the time spent by the server, add to that the time to transfer stuff across the
network, and the time your computer takes to construct and show the page).

The next step really is to introduce paging for those.
