No, it doesn't. I was only able to do it from a different browser but it's still acting up.

I haven't had any problems, and don't use a different browser or something. (I use Google Chrome, by the way.)

Things are working the same for me now, but if you log in via the forum login page you aren't logged into the puzzle site, whereas if you log into the puzzle page you are logged into the forum. This was true before the URL change as well.

I had to delete all my cookies (in Safari) before the login problem on the site went away. But then I couldn't log in to the forum to post about it! :roll:

Fortunately Patrick has fixed my forum login, and I now appear to be logged in automatically coming from the puzzle site, and I can post! Yay! :D

To make matters more confusing, the site login timeout and forum login issues were unrelated (!)
I'm glad things are working again, this was a pain to fix :-(
