Post subject:  Solved puzzles from previous days not shaded
I am having the problem at the moment where I look at previous days and some of the puzzles aren't shaded green, for example yesterday my 5x5 puzzles, 8x8s and my 12x12 are not shaded green like they are not solved. But I click on them and it has the "note you have already solved this puzzle" and they are in my history of solved puzzles so I think I am still getting the points. Just wanted to check that this is the case?

I saw something I thought related in the server change thread under announcements. I'm copying my note from there over here.

I looked back at yesterday's puzzles, just now and several puzzles were not marked as completed, though I am pretty certain I did them. Going back through the week I found the same thing each day. The 4s, 6s, 9s, extra puzzles, and medium and difficult KS were all marked completed. All others appeared incomplete - 5s, 7s, 8s, 12s and easy KS.

I didn't do last Saturdays extra but it was marked complete, and that is what finally clued me in. (You may have figured it out already.) The new code is using today's completions no matter which day you are viewing.

PS: This probably belongs in a different thread under "Bugs and errors", but since I was quoting you...

You're absolutely right.

(so even my sloppy code creates challenging puzzles [blush] )

I fixed it for now, but this does mean that the green markers are only shown for today's puzzles.

I'll have to think about a more efficient way to still shown them for older puzzles.
