A small milestone: 100,000+ visitors from a single country [woot]
(since I added that "flag counter", about a year ago)

Thank you jaek.........just achieved a 6.06 for the 8x8 timed on my iPad......think I'm going to have to do more on the iPad as I seem to be able to get lower numbers [smile]

Well done beaker! Hope you’re fully recovered at this stage from all the medical issues you faced earlier this year.

Thanks paulv66.....but the recovery is going to take a lot longer than the specialists thought due to my diet of only pork and rice.

Sorry to hear that. Have you been following such a restrictive diet for long?

Since 1987.....it started with a few foods......and has progressed......for a few years it was potatoes and pork, then for many years it was bread..pasta and pork (which was good when traveling through Europe in mid 90s as baguettes were all that I lived on and could still drink coffee then.....5.5 weeks and lost 20 pounds0......as long as I had bread , I could travel and now am allergic to flour of any kind and so it is now rice and pork......went to Hawaii and had to send the rice to condo management 6 weeks before going.....now going any where with any kind of transit is impossible due to fragrance allergies.....I eat, only, about 800 grams of pork with fat trimmed off plus a kilo of rice every day.....I make my supper when my wife is not in kitchen as allergies to odours are a problem......not a great life but at least I am still above ground [smile].......before 1987, I ate a lot of foods never thinking I would slowly lose certain groups of foods as I grew older!
