for me I find it helpful to try to find where the zeros go as early as possible....

Normally I do too.....as I input all the "0's" where ever they might go even though I'll end up with alot of red on the puzzle......but this one....oops almost said something.......best leave this discussion until after the next set of puzzles!!! (I finished this one over an hour ago as the 4th to do so and I see now only 7 have completed it so far)

I quite liked it!, especially after the brain hurt of the regular puzzles. Way too much T&E today

It was as great as I thought it would be! As of now, 14 have solved it.

Shame on Patrick, though, for giving us a puzzle with division as the first one out of the gate. Nasty! :) I'm a bit surprised I was able to do it without printing it out. Without negative guesses, I was sure I'd have to.

Are you saying you found this puzzle easy.......June "in lotus land" is usually rainy for at least the 1st half of the month and this year is no different......the only thing that really likes it is my lawn which brows way too fast and then can't be cut because it's always wet......the user name comes from the use of a beaker for drinking coffee when I taught High School Biology and Chemistry........I am "1/2 of kenken"

And just what is an "opacitaviola"? And is the east coast any drier than the west today?

Well to me it didn't seem a lot harder than the normal -2 to +2. I wouldn't call it hard.

For me it was a breath of fresh air. It's a little more difficult than the 5x5, enough to be a pleasure its resolution. Continue with this but not much more difficulty.
By the way the monthly 16x16 will be a reality or that idea was abandoned?
