Ok. I managed to dig up that Christmas 2011 puzzle:

(not the best image quality, sorry)

I also put it back in the database (the original deadline for solving it was Jan. 10th, 2012 [mellow] )

use the puzzle code: sp1

Edit: some info about the obscured operator and number from the original thread
(I'll leave figuring out the operator for 14040 to you [lol] ):

Thanks, Patrick, for your efforts.

I'm kicking myself because I did the year end 2014 puzzle, but didn't realize it was good for points, so never entered it. I can't find a copy of it anywhere. Do you think you could repost/resend that one?

The 201 Tricky Puzzles book is listed on Amazon, but only available from a 3rd party seller, so is a lot of money.

I do not see the 102 Large Puzzles book on any of the book pages.
On the submission page, I see:
Calcudoku 101 Advanced Puzzles
Caldudoku 121 Advanced Puzzles Volume II
The Huge Killer Sudoku Book
Calcudoku Holiday Puzzle Book

On the book page, I see:
Calcudoku 121 Advanced Puzzles Volume II
Calcudoku 100 Free Puzzles
The Huge Killer Sudoku Book

Thanks for considering making the out-of-print books available again. I can say I have a STRONG preference for pdf's.

Yes, that's the plan, to somehow make the "102 Large" and "201 Tricky" books available again.

I'm busy putting the "infrastructure" for that in place at the moment..:

Paypal informed me that you have to create the down load link

Are there any plans to make the book for the Malaysian school available?

There was one minor bug in the "currency check", fixed that now.

I'll create the book link for you.

Now the code is in place to have mutiple PDFs, that shouldn't be too difficult to add, will keep you posted [thumbup]
