Re: 25,000 extra points jubilee
Does that mean that these 5 have never missed an extra puzzle?

Beaker, I think so.
Congrats to the five who have done ALL the extra puzzles since the start.

Re: 25,000 extra points jubilee
beaker and eclipsegirl, thank you very much Yes, the five of us have solved every extra puzzle since they were introduced. Not sure I'm going to continue doing that but I thought it would be fun to reach this milestone on the same day as the other four and take a nice screenshot

berka, thanks a lot! Subscriptions to the site were introduced around 1 June 2012, with the extra puzzles as one of the perks

pnm wrote: The first three subscriptions started on May 23rd, 2012 ( picklepep, jaek, and arjen in fact) (the latter two are still active ) Based on the above and assuming all extra puzzles have been worth 8 points apart from the bi-weekly 15x15, my guess would be that the five members with a 100% record became subscribers on 24th May 2012 or 31st May 2012. If the former, the first 15x15 was on 11th October 2014; if the latter, the first 15x15 was on 21st June 2014. That assumes that the bi-weekly pattern has been the same since the first 15x15 was introduced. In theory, they could have joined any time up to 12th July 2012 (in which case, the first 15x15 would have been published on 18th August 2012), but this seems unlikely as it appears they all became subscribers on the same day and it is likely that this was shortly after subscriptions were introduced. Of course, that’s all based on the assumptions set out above and it assumes I’ve got my maths right.

bram wrote: 5 subscribers now have exactly 25,000 points from extra puzzles … Thanks, bram, nice screenshot . Thanks to all and congratulations to the other four members of "the Quintet". In my case, I became a subscriber on May 25, 2012. The first time I sent a 15x15 (according to "my history") was on Feb 02, 2013, at that time it was worth 8 points and this remained so until May 31, 2014, more than one year. On Jun 14, 2014, the 15x15 was "upgraded" to 15 points. Actually, a week represents 63 extra points.
