Thanks, Patrick, for your help troubleshooting the lousy free e-mail service I have been using until today [blush]
I have now changed the e-mail address in my settings to one that actually works [rolleyes]

The codes of the 102 Large Puzzles book all start with b14 though.

The 201 Tricky codes start with b15.

No, these are different books :)

I now added the year of publication to each book in the listing. I'll probably
also add the "code prefix" for each book (e.g. b20, a3, etc.)

Patrick
Monumentally silly me! I had even stated myself, at the start of the bug report, that "102 Large Extra" and "201 Tricky Extra" (for which I had, you know, actually submitted solutions) were among the books for which all submitted puzzles were correctly acknowledged in the book history. (Where's the smily for facepalm?)
Thank you for having provided reading aids for bibliographically challenged puzzlers :-)
