I got a message saying that my subscription expires soon. So I went into the subscriber page and renewed my subscription. But it appears to be treating this as a new subscription. Did I choose an incorrect option?

I got a message saying that my subscription expires soon. So I went into the subscriber page and renewed my subscription. But it appears to be treating this as a new subscription. Did I choose an incorrect option? |

Did I choose an incorrect option? No, it's fine, thanks for renewing. All subscriptions are basically the same, and are "tacked" onto the end of your current subscription. The warning starts appearing 10 days before your current subscription ends. Patrick |
