Re: testing a new interface
I did timed puzzles today. I had put them off for a while and decided to get to doing them.
For a non speedster like me, the new interface would be horrible on timed puzzles. On the 5 x 5 s, I use a combination of pencil marks and the keyboard.

I hope that we will have the option of keeping the current interface. Yes, no plans whatsoever to ditch the current interface. This would more likely be a more "casual" interface, for a different audience.

Re: testing a new interface
The interface at http://www.calcudoku.org/spa now also has the 5x5 and 6x6 puzzles (but only when available, and not a "twin puzzle") Note that any "subscriber only" puzzles _are_ available in the new interface edit: removed the tiktok link for now, such a hassle to get the audio right :( edit 2: this one could work: https://www.tiktok.com/@calcudoku/video ... 1562449185
