Another suggestion I have:
would it be possible to 'lock' a cell?

When I'm fairly sure that I have a cell value that will remain I would like to 'lock' it so that most key strikes in the cell don't change its value. (You can tell I have finger trouble? [cursing] )

I know that even just one more "good idea" will make work, but that doesn't stop me asking! [blink]

Yes, good idea, thanks :-)
To give you an idea, the list with suggested features / changes / etc. now has 72 entries [scared]

Latest changes include:
- more variety in cage shapes (see the "cage shape" thread in the "specific puzzles" forum)
- a post "I've started solving Calcudoku puzzles!" on a user's "news feed" when playing from Facebook
(plus a mechanism for different types of posts)

Upcoming is more information on the rankings page about regular + book + timed points..

So, to add yet another "good" idea - you could somehow ask all the users to vote as to which idea you could implement next. [rolleyes] (And this is only half serious, so I won't be the least bit worried if you ignore the idea or the post!)

Good idea [flapper]

I remember a voting system that was used for a bit for voting for which new feature
to implement next for Minecraft, anyone remember what site/system they used?

It had up/down voting a bit similar to reddit and such sites.

...ok, found it "getsatisfaction.com", no longer free I see, and has become overkill (community blahblah).

I'll look for an alternative (suggestions welcome).

Doesn't phpBB let you post topics that include polls?

You could also try Survey Monkey.

Bump!
Any further headway on this feature? I would really like some sort of way to enter guesses for the 10, 11 12, and 0 puzzles. I would be happy with the letters as suggested by someone else. e.g. a=10, b=11, c=12.
Thanks,
Ed

Yes, thanks for bumping, this got snowed under all the other work..

Edit: the a, b, c for 10, 11, 12 should now be working (both for entering the number, and for guesses)

Edit 2: 0 guesses should now be possible too.

Both of these work for me. Thanks! (The ability to guess 0 is really useful.)

Awesome, you even made it say 10,11,12 which is better than I hoped.
Thanks,
Ed
