Re: which puzzles to drop?
Hi people, sorry for my english. My suggestion is for the following puzzles: - every day 3 4x4 (E,M,D), 3 5x5 (E,M,D) and 3 6x6 (E,M,D); - every day a 7x7M, 8x8M and a 9x9M; - every day a puzzle to choose between 10x10, 11x11 and 12x12, two a week for type, also puzzle twins; - once a week the 15x15 not too difficult for everybody; - every day a skM and a sM. At least two or three of these to subscribers only. What do you think? ... and we are always waiting for the ranking of the average ... Bye bye from Sardinia.

Yes, it's more a matter of there being too many things "on the list", I'll get round to that at some point..

Re: which puzzles to drop?
I agree with the idea of reducing the number of puzzles, but that's probably because I'm something of a completist – I can't help trying to solve every puzzle every day, which takes a lot of time. Maybe we should form a chapter of Obsessive Puzzlers Anonymous here in the forum! (bram:) My name is bram, and I am an obsessive puzzler. (everybody else:) Hi, bram!

Re: which puzzles to drop?
Don't need ANY MORE more difficult puzzles........not the genius that many of the users are.......don't understand parity rule nor any of the formulaic calculations put forth by many of the users.......am a 70 year old user who liked the site the way it was as it gave me a wider variety from which to choose to try to maintain my 350 points/week average.......but now, I don't think that will be possible any more.........I'd be curious to know how many users average more than 400 points per week because it appears this site is catering to their wishes rather than the (I think) the majority which do not average even 300 points/week

Re: which puzzles to drop?
Ok, than we can try so:
- every day 2 4x4 (between E,M,D), 2 5x5 (between E,M,D) and 2 6x6 ((between E,M,D); - every day a 7x7M, 8x8M and a 9x9M; - one a week for type between 10x10, 11x11, 12x12 and 15x15, also puzzle twins, not too difficult for everybody; - every day a skM and a sM. So would be only 12, of all types and for all solvers. At least two or three of these to subscribers only. What about ...
