I just approved the 2nd proof of the book, so it should
be available on Amazon within a couple of days [thumbsup]

Sorry, no, the self-publishing site I'm using now (Amazon "CreateSpace") does not support that
as far as I know.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to set up something separate on my site (i.e. if that's allowed or not)

That would be great.
I will purchase it from Amazon then grab a PDF copy from your site:)

I found out that this is allowed: I can sell the book in PDF format
separately on calcudoku.org, for example.

Is there sufficient interest in a PDF version, priced at, say, $8.95,
instead of a hard copy?

(I prefer the exposure of some Amazon sales, but if enough people prefer the PDF, I'll set it up)

I would much prefer the PDF version.

Not sure what you mean: it'll be a buying option on the books page,
I just have to set it up (will probably do that today or tomorrow).

I have been working on setting up the online PDF purchase for
a couple of hours this morning already, but then decided against it, my apologies [unsure]

Something like this will happen, but probably then in the shape of a system
where you can order custom puzzles as a PDF (i.e. you pick the size, type, number, etc.)
