Patrick, the next button is excellent. The time for solved.php is here about 2 secs.
You can change the next_unsolved hyperlink to 'next.php' and move the 'expensive' (in time) code for finding the next puzzle to that method. (In case that's the time-consuming part which I cannot imagine).
Thought you'd like to know, but I don't use the Next Puzzle button because it takes too long to appear.
That is a cheesy way of trying to get people to look at the ads..., i.e. that delay is intentional (sorry about that, but I do have to have some ads to try and cover the cost of the site).

Oh, ok. Well that's alright if it works to get some people to look at the ads. It doesn't really bother me since I just do what I did before.
