Post Orange calendar icon obscured by small puzzle icon
Whenever I navigate to another set of puzzles than the one for the current date using the orange calendar icon, the date in bold type duly changes and the desired set of puzzle appears. But what also appears is a small icon showing a four-cell puzzle that obscures the calendar icon so that I can't navigate directly to the set of puzzles for yet another non-current date. Instead, I have to click the yellow-background Today link (or hit the browser's Back button) to get back to the current-date view, in which the calendar icon is not obscured, so that I can use the calendar again. (It doesn't matter if I'm logged in or not.)

Thanks for that, will check.

(this must be the "show solution" icon)

Ok, this has been fixed now, I replaced the icon + text by one of those grey buttons.

Note that the date itself is also clickable, so there was no need to go via today's page everytime anyway

(but the only indication that the date is clickable you get is that the cursor changes when you hover over it)
