Aarrrrggghhhh didn't solve the 8x8 this time around [scared] [scared] [scared] [scared]
My 4x4's weren't what I wanted them to be either...
If you don't get those 10 points today, you'll probably be ahead by about 10 points, so it will be as close as it can be [omg]

It's painfully difficult.

You're on track for +14 today, I hopefully will get 9
(but my current times are more easily passed).

Which would leave a difference of 10 between our totals... [scared]

Ooowww, it's not looking to good for you [huh] you're on track for about 6-7 points.
I'll do my timed puzzle late tommorow, and I'll try to coordinate them such that we share first place for a day [lol]

Just did my timed puzzles, they were a bit mixed.

The 8x8 was going really well until the end, spent many minutes trying to find one small mistake.. [glare]

Pretty sure it's happening, by deliberately screwing up my 6x6, it looks like I'll get get 16 points, and you'll be getting 9 points, which will exactly close the 7-point gap [woot] [woot] [woot]

Which means you have won the race of course [thumbup]

Interesting how a challenge, even to an artificial (and coincidental) target was so entertaining [smile]

This makes me think I should do something more with challenges and prizes (much like happens
with a lot of today's "app" games). So for example, if you manage certain times on the timed puzzles
(say sub 10 4x4, sub 25 5x5, etc.) then you get a "rabbit token" (or some other fast animal) and so on.

jpoos: I switched from typing this to reloading the points rankings, how come you got 15?
This means you didn't finish any 6x6?

(edit: I can of course add the one missing point. I liked the thought of there being a (very small) chance I could be on top after Sunday,
after a crazy good day on the timed puzzles, and you catching a 40 degree fever or something [tongue] )
Patrick

I've been following this race for the past few days. Exciting finish and appropriate that Patrick should have his moment of glory on top of the leaderboard, even if it only is for one day. [thumbup]

Hmm weird, I did solve a 6x6, but it indeed isn't showing up in my solve history...
But that's fine, I don't mind you having your glorious day at number one [thumbsup]

The logs are showing one attempt, but the puzzle wasn't solved (?)
