Longest 8x8 times (moved from 'Green bar' thread)
Thanks........am doing just that.........had to give up on my 8x8 puzzle but left it open in case I could see where I had made a simple mistake.......and after a little over 16 hours I found it and solved the puzzle........if I had not done so, it would have been my first miss of the 8x8 timed in over 3 years..........16 hours and 51 minutes.......that's gotta be some kind of record ...........

It was your personal record (your previous longest 8x8 was a bit under 8 hours ) Three people managed longer times: frederick (18 hours and 35 minutes), silverscreen (3 longer times, the longest one 22 hours and 51 minutes), and johanna (the 2 longest times, the longest was 32 hours and 36 minutes ) Probably all fell asleep while puzzling

Gotta be it -fell asleep- ya gotta be Not necessarily. I know there was at least one occasion when I was working on a timed 8x8 and failed to get it completed before I had to go somewhere. I left it open and went back to it when I returned home. Patrick, as you seem to have everyone's data, can you tell me what was my slowest 8x8 please?

Re: Completed Puzzles - Green bar
I believe you need to submit it by midnight CET for points but, if it's already up, only the points turn into pumpkins, not the puzzle itself.
