Note that for a Killer Sudoku, a cage cannot have duplicate numbers.
(in that way it is different from Calcudoku)
I see now that the English "How to (solve)" box has the rules of Killer Sudoku (including that one),
but that the Japanese version doesn't have those rules. I will update the text.
So that's why the two 5's were flagged.
