Rankings: All time score is incorrectly reported.
When I go to the rankings section and display my score for the ALL TIME (North America in my case), the number displayed is often missing around 1000 or more points the first time. This is only temporary and when I display some other rankings and return, the correct points and ranking are displayed.

I'm trying to reproduce this now. What exactly do you mean by "some other rankings" ?
