Edited by pnm: I scaled down the images from 2448 x 3264 pixels to 640 x 853 (to make them fit screens better).

Also the book has by now been corrected (so the larger versions of the 16x16 are all of the right puzzles).

It seems that the four detail pages of each of the 16x16 puzzles are all identical. They all show the four quadrants of the first extra large puzzle (191). Of course, we have the overview one-puzzle-per-page version of each of these puzzles to solve. For example, here are the top left quadrants of the first (191) and the second (192) extra large puzzles, on pages 153 and 163, respectively. They're identical.

How did I miss that

I'll fix right away and will send anyone who asks a corrected PDF...
