 Difficulty leve for today Extra puzzle 29/08

Post Difficulty leve for today Extra puzzle 29/08
I learnt to look at the beginning at the difficulty level for each puzzle, in order to evaluate how much "effort" it takes [biggrin]
Today the level of the Extra Twin 7x7 no op is negative (-9)... [confused]
Anyone knows what this means?
