Finally I got under 3 seconds, just barely though:

There's a couple other close ones from today, but my new record is 2.904 [biggrin] I tried with a full sized keyboard and the one on this lenovo laptop. The fastest time was with the full sized keyboard.

And as that wasn't enough, I tried using IE11 and chrome to see if the browser made any difference. And it really didn't..

I need to try to get down to 2 seconds using a better internet connection.. I don't know if that really matters..

Patrick, when does the clock start running? From when the puzzle is visible or when you're actually able to input numbers? I mean when the top left box turns orange..

I got my first sub-6 (5.32) on the medium puzzle by going right around the edge and into the middle to finish. I feel like the keyboard could break soon... [sad]

Edit: 4.334 seconds [woot] It's a palindrome!

I have to try one like that (going around the edges, not breaking my keyboard [biggrin] ). Or the ones jpoos likes. They should be a lot faster to do, because the diagonal ones I like have so many "unnecessary" moves within them..

Yeah... those ones I was talking about were actually diagonals [bored] but I got lucky with the patterns (4-3-2-1-2-3-4-1-2-3-2-1-4-3-4-1 for today's medium, going around the edge) and managed to bring it down to 4.05 seconds [flapper] I can taste a sub-4 [wink]

Todays 5x5 easy puzzle is actually a diagonal pattern, and i solved it in 6.9 seconds the first time [omg]
Trying to get a better time as we speak, I've gotten to 4.232 so far, but I'm sure I can still improve on that.
