Post Re: 8x8 timed
Just finished another 8x8 timed and was in no rush until half way point at which time I could see the pattern of numbers for the rest of the puzzle and THEN the heart rate soars....these things are going to kill me or make my heart stronger (hoping for the latter)......heart rate after 4 minutes is still decreasing......the time was good enough for 8th place so far [biggrin].

Congrats, beaker. I hope you got that extra point. [biggrin]

I have been getting a tad better at the 8 x 8s, recently. I have gotten 3 extra points in the last week or so.

I do not think I will ever get pts on the 4 x 4, or 5 x 5. The other people are just too darn quick.

Yes I did and I moved you to 10th place so you also got the extra point.....nice work esp. since that was your 3rd extra this week......I seem to get lucky once in a while, otherwise my times are in the 11 - 18 minute range.....I too will never get any extra points for the 4x4's nor the 5x5's.....I did get some extra points on a 6x6 once (or twice.....short term memory is not as good as it once was!!)
