Post subject:  Unable to view year to date rankings on my iPad
This is a very strange glitch. For about a month now, I have been unable to view the world year to date rankings on my iPad. When I go into world rankings and click on year to date, a blank screen comes up. [confused]

But if I go into Europe rankings, I can see the year to date results. And I can also see the world year to date rankings on my PC.

I thought it might be a problem with memory capacity on my iPad, but that doesn't seem to be the case, as I can access the world all time rankings, which obviously would contain more data than the year to date rankings.

I also have problems wtih the world year to date ranking (in the last weeks) (excessive time and frequently no response, blank page), but only when using Chrome, if I use IE in the same PC everything goes OK and quick (I have a PC with a lot of memory). Same problem in a different PC with less memory (bad with Chrome, well with IE) [smile] .

It sounds like there are some situations where the page takes too long to generate
(maybe because the "year to date" period is getting longer and longer..)

I'll investigate, and maybe also add one of those "loading spinners" to the page.

Can not access the "all time" for the World......just get a blank page on my computer [confused] but was able to access it on my i-Pad this AM.

I don't get an world all time list or a year to date list on my pc no matter which browser I use. In Chrome, I get the headings but no list. When I hover over the area where the names should be on the all time list, I see the green boxes with statistics, and my statistics in the box are correct. I can see the USA all time list on Edge, but not the all time World list

Hi Patrick

The problem seems to have got worse and is now affecting my PC as well. If I go into the world all puzzles ranking list, all I can get are rankings for the last 7 days. When I click on the other time periods, the heading goes grey, but no data appears.

If I go into the Europe rankings, again all I can see is the 7 day rankings. If I click on the other time periods, the headings again again go grey, but this time the 7 day rankings still appear.

I don't know if this is due to the impact of a fix you are working on, or is just a problem with my PC or with the amount of data that is now in the rankings due to new people joining the website.

By way of further feedback, this problem does not appear when I click on the rankings for any of the countries, which suggests that it is due to the amount of data in the World and Europe rankings.
