The timed puzzles are displaying differently today - about noon GMT 12 Aug 2020. The puzzle grid appears to extend below the buttons for numbers, erase, reload, etc. The buttons display on top of the grid. Sorry I didn't think to get a screenshot.

Also, the puzzle completion pop-up isn't rendering, but the times are recorded correctly.

This sounds like maybe the page was partially loaded (?)

Travelling at the moment with limited internet access,
so I can't look into this now unfortunately.

I should have said this yesterday, but my display has returned to normal.

I'm seeing this again today. This time I thought to capture an image:

As noted before the completion popup isn't... popping up, but the times are being recorded.
Other behaviors I'm noticing:
- The Do another timed puzzle link works, but the large font Calcudoku link in the blue title banner does not.
- Actually the subscriber link isn't working either. The banner seems to behave normally when not on a timed puzzle.

- The Welcome, username! and 123456 points links are working, but not exactly correctly.
--- When I first click one, the expanded menu doesn't appear. But a thin line the width of the menu does. A second click expands the menu as expected.

--- If I expand one menu, close it, and then click on the other one the first one expands again. A second click closes the first and expands the second. The links in the expanded menus seem to be working correctly.

That's all I've noticed so far. Fwiw my internet connection seems stable.

Thanks, jaek

Edit: I had two really good times today. I hope that doesn't mean that the clock started slow, but I figure I should call it out.

Again it seems like the page did not load completely.

So it's very difficult to figure out what exactly is going on..

If you're handy with the computer I can maybe email you some instructions
on what to do when this happens, so you can then send me some debugging information?

I'm moderately handy, so absolutely email me.

From a lot more testing & debugging I'm now thinking it's a display bug
specific to Firefox. Are there other Firefox users who are seeing the same thing?

(or maybe this can be disproven by someone using a different browser and seeing the same issue?)

I use Chrome and it’s not an issue I’ve ever encountered.

I've added something now that may be a workaround for this issue.

Is it still happening?
