Hello, one question. Why are some players not visible in the rankings?

ah, of course.

They are among the people who have been "grey listed": they see themselves in the rankings,
but "regular" puzzlers don't.

Alright, thanks. And I don't think the "grey list" is visible to "normal" solvers. And if you don't use a solver for a long time, you get back into the "normal list?

I haven't thought about that.

It was already quite some work and admin to make this happen, not sure if I also want to spend time on keeping track of who _maybe_ changed their ways.. [glare]

I think the only way that could work is if the person in question opened a new account, starting from scratch. Otherwise, there would be no way of excluding points earned using a solver from their total.
