When I went to submit today’s easy 4x4, the program froze and I was unable to submit it. So I had to quit out of the site.

When I logged back in and solved the puzzle, it didn’t award any points as I got a message saying that I had already submitted a solution to the puzzle. But it does not appear in my list of solved puzzles. And I’m pretty sure I haven’t been awarded any points for solving it.

And it’s not appearing in green on today’s list of puzzles.

There were issues at the reset time. I could't log in.

Eventually I got on but something happened again. I wrote down the solution to the puzzle on paper so I didn't do the work again.

My points total remains one less than it should be and I will be unable to maintain my 100% points record for the year unless this problem is resolved before midnight CET today.

The database server crashed _twice_ after midnight.

I'm now in the process of checking the database,
and also want to resize the server (doubling the memory, disk, and processor capacity).
