Hi,

If you own multiple Killer Sudoku books, which one has the hardest puzzles?

(I'd like to then rate those using my solver, and then produce a book with even harder puzzles [scared] )

thanks,

Patrick

I think the page killersudokuonline has many "outrageous" (and the solutions) and possibly the hardest (I remind that terrible one proposed in the past, by nicow IIRC); perhaps you can find there samples for the testing.

However, in my opinion, for a book, only a chapter, let's say the 20%, should be "outrageous", otherwise people would not buy it, right? (I have spoken with many persons who say that if Sudokus are very difficult for them and frequently give up, then Calcudokus look impossible :-) :-), and even engineers or scientists who comment they can never solve a "mod" or a "bitwise OR", if you argument "it's only a logical operation" they answer "Yeah, but you must think a lot" [confused]).
