The method needed to solve this addition-only puzzle reminds me of the rather different kind of puzzle known as a nonogram. But unlike a nonogram, which usually requires a lot of steps "edging in on" the right lengths of figures in rows and columns, this puzzle permits you to determine the right numbers/combinations right away. Its "flow", as paulv66 puts it, gives you a very soothing feeling of remaining in control all way through – which is just what everybody needs at this challenging time of COVID-19-induced isolation ("social distancing").
