Re: consecutive days "puzzling"
First of all, congratulations to
sjs34 for this millestone (extensive to
beaker,
mparisi, ... ); I am among those who try to assist everyday to class (I lost a full week in April 2011, no excuses I know, but since I was not lucky in Lisbon with my WiFi connection in the hotel
I decided to make a gap). Undoubtedly it sometimes could be necessary to take a "vacation" on Calcudokus but it can be observed from the list that some "pupils" are particularly exceptional and have never failed to class since they joined this College:
sjs34,
bertoldo,
nashvillebudd,
mas,
agnostico,
angelwhite (if I am right).
Next, congratulations,
sjs34, for living in the wonderful State of Massachusetts (the Harvard's campus is an ideal place to solve Calcudokus, for instance
; BTW, I love the typical lobster dinner at Boston and the swallops in a slice of bacon, the oysters, or those beans at "Boston style" that one finds in the restaurants around the Quincy Market).
Finally, a suggestion for Patrick for this type of rankings: perhaps it would be interesting to have some statistics with the (actual and all time)
consecutive nr. of days solving "all" available puzzles (in one single list or, possibly, two separate lists for subscribers and non-subscribers) (considering the inclusion or not of the Sudokus). It's clear that the main merit is to participate everyday but solving all in a long run is also quite relevant.
