New forum for general number stuff
I thought it would be nice to have a separate forum for more general posts about number / math / puzzle related topics. I populated it with some earlier posts that belong here (I'm sure there are more, here and there). So if you need a place to describe your theory about the hidden patterns in the digits of pi, then here it is Patrick

Hi, beaker, very precise (I wait completing all puzzles). mparisi arrives tomorrow, congratulations !!! (almost 8 years of effort). I need less than 5,000 points (10 weeks since I do an average of 500 per week, those 70 days situates my 200K target something within Nov 17-22). Another actual target for me is the 100K puzzles sent, I have actually 64,801 puzzles sent so I will need around 3 years and 9 months .

Re: New forum for general number stuff
clm: it looks like mid November with your present numbers possibly the 15th or 16th.......looking forward to it.......I want to thank you (once again) for the words of encouragement so many years ago.........who would have thought back then that you would be approaching 200,000 and I (a little slower) coming up on 150,000!!! Finally hit 150,000, now only 50,001 to go

Thank you, beaker, yes, in those dates more or less if everything goes normal (I am actually doing around 495 points per week). Your numbers are impressive anyway and you are in the 11th place in the total ranking (BTW I observe that there are 39 members in the 100,000 club). Considering the friendship with you, frederick and sneaklyfox (unfortunately not an active player these days) and remembering old times when I used the Canada's flag for a week, I will try to cross the 200,000 frontier with the Canada's flag again as a tribute to your perseverance.

Re: New forum for general number stuff
Thank you.....but you would have to be in Canada for that to happen or is there another way of changing the flag to show where you are or are not ......I hope sneaklyfox is still looking into the site occasionly to see that she is still being appreciated
