I tried ordering it online. It was going to cost over $12 extra for shipping from the US. So I went onto the NL site. But it’s looking for a user name and password. How do I go about ordering it from the NL website?

You're probably fine from .nl, .de, .fr and such.

Try logging in there with the same username and password as you use for the US site.

I managed to log in (eventually). Unfortunately, I got the following message when I tried to order your book.

Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.

I ordered one from amazon.de yesterday, for example.

From Amazon.nl. I thought it was only available on the US and NL sites?

No, it should be available on all Amazon sites (so also Germany, France,
Italy, Spain, Japan, Poland, etc. etc.)

(the "etc" in the first post is easy to miss, I will add more links there)

(just replace the ".com" with ".de", ".fr", ".es", ..)

Bought in amazon.es without any problem. I will receive it on Sunday.
