Ok the draw has been done, and the winner was @LauraDeamer [woot]

The relevant tweets collected a total of 113 retweets, according to twitter.

The tweets themselves listed a total of 74 twitter handles (so not 113..).

There were 6 duplicates, leaving 68 entries to the draw.

True, it would have been better to seed it with like the current microsecond.

Or use a "seed feeder".

From what I read the default seed is based on the current timer second.

So for one random number it's probably fine [sleep]
