Apparently mostly called "Suguru", but here in the Netherlands they went with the name "Tectonic".

The rules:
  • a cage of size <n> has the numbers 1..n
  • a number cannot border the same number (horizontally, vertically, diagonally (!))

Note that you need to "let go" the tendency to check rows and columns for unique numbers.

What's the difficulty level of this one?

Edit: the puzzle below does not have a single solution.

This one seems pretty brutal:

Is it solvable with logical steps only?
(you'd think it should be).

I found a couple of numbers, but am a bit stuck with a large number of cells with "123" as the options [blush]

The first one was very nice! Quite tricky, but also quite small, so there is only so much to look at.

The last brutal one seems to not have a unique solution: not only can the numbers 1, 2, and 3 not be differentiated (since every cage is of at least size 3 and there are no 1's, 2's or 3's given), but there also seem to be different solutions where the numbers aren't simply swapped for one another.
