 negative guesses
Another usability fix that has been "on the list" for a long time:
now you can enter negative number guesses (for the 5x5 from -2 to 2,
and the extra 7x7 from -3 to 3, for example):

press Ctrl + <number> to enter a negative guess.

so for example: Ctrl + 2 to enter -2 as a guess.

Do let me know if it doesn't work for you.

Well, I *was* looking forward to using it, but I can't figure out how to do it on my Mac. If I press "command-n" it navigates to the nth page in my Safari toolbar; if I press "control-n" it activates the nth view... I never use views but don't know how to disable or change the keyboard shortcuts. [confused]

Right, that's an issue, if the shortcuts are already taken..

Do you have a suggestion for a different key to use on the Mac?
(I could support both Ctrl and a separate key for the Mac)

You can change shortcuts is in System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts
