narrow display fixes
_long_ overdue, but finally worked on this for a bit: fixes for people with a narrow (1024 pixels wide) display.
there should be no more horizontal scrolling required, let me know if you're on such a display and I missed something..

Re: narrow display fixes
I wonder if rotating a puzzle would be useful? For all I know its' easy to implement and therefore worth experimenting with.

Re: narrow display fixes
To see all cells in a particular row (or column) on a display that is able to contain all of a column (or row).
On my 1080x1920 4.5" phablet, the cell widths are "scrunched" to fit starting at 8x8 puzzles so that penciled numbers are hard to read.
Even on my 1920x1080 23", I can't see all rows in a 15x15 puzzle unless I set it to small.
If there was an always-visible button in one corner that would toggle between normal and 90-degree rotated, while keeping the current row or column visible, I think that would help. Many narrow displays will do something like this if you tip the deivce sideways, which helps with the penciled numbers, but you can't control wether the row/column is visible without scrolling or not.
