Post More advanced puzzles in the site
In my opinión what makes the Calcudoku Patrick Min page superior to the rest in the net (kenken.com, nytimes.com/ref/croswords/kenken.html, etc., is not only the size, diversity, complexity, and some times esthetic disposition of cells and cages, but also the introduction of operations different than those found in the standard quadops, operations like “from 0”, exponentiation, bitwise OR, modulo. Generally speaking the 10x10 on fridays and the twins on wednesdays, thursdays, sundays and mondays are not difficult to solve, while the singleops (7x7 subtractions only on wednesdays, 8x8 multiplications only on saturdays), dualop (8x8 on sundays), 10x10 on tuesdays and the 12x12’s (thursdays and sundays) are reasonably difficult. But perhaps there is a group of members in the “club” that would like more complex puzzles like:

1. Another 9x9 difficult (actually the most difficult 9x9 is on tuesdays), this time containing the four algebraic ops and, in the same puzzle, all the other operations: bitwise OR, modulo, exponentiation, and even the “from 0” (0 to 8) (keeping 1 to 9 would be also OK).

2. A “terminador” 14x14 (that obviously would contain the 7 and the 14, that is, 7x2, and the interesting 13) once or twice a month, for instance, the 1st and/or the 15th, with let’s say six, seven or eight days for the solution, and with a prize of 25 points or similar.

Be careful what you ask for, before you know it I'll put a 17x17 puzzle :-)

But seriously, I think it'll be more interesting to have a few new variations.
I have a whole list of ideas for new puzzle types, just no time at the moment
to implement them :(
