I'm looking to publish a Killer Sudoku book, the difficult puzzles in there
will range in difficulty between the ones in the previous topic and this one.
Maybe I should add 1 or 2 Extremely Difficult ones

I am sure that book would have a great success (and bigger success as more difficult they are), specially with the printed edition, there are not many good books of "killers"; if you add a code to the puzzles people could get points in this site.
Btw (unsure if this new subject is properly placed in this thread), the books "102 Large Puzzles" (your book nr. 4 IIRC) and "102 Large Puzzles Extra" (for subscribers only, your book nr. 8 if I am right) have each 70 "invalid" Calcudokus (theorically B14D1 thru B14D70 and B20D1 thru B20D70) to obtain additional points. But, considering the case of other puzzles (smaller) with points assigned (161 thru 201, 5x5's and 6x6's, book "201 Tricky Calcudoku Puzzles", 5 points; 81 thru 100, fm 5x5's thru 9x9's, book "Calcudoku 100 Free Puzzles", 8 points; and 161 thru 201, 5x5' and 6x6's, book "201 Tricky Puzzles Extra", 5 points), I would suggest
(if this represents a lot of additional software work then I apologize for the suggestion
) to
activate those "lost" 140 very interesting 12x12's in order to get points with them (with the proper announcement, of course).
