diane123 wrote: Currently, what is the puzzle count by day of the week? This is actually the key question, thanks for that : Calcudoku + Killer Sudoku: Sunday, 11 + 1 = 12 Monday, 11 + 1 = 12 Tuesday, 12 + 2 = 14 Wednesday, 10 + 1 = 11 Thursday, 11 + 1 = 12 Friday, 8 + 2 = 10 Saturday, 9 + 1 = 10 then add 2 Sudoku's and 1 extra puzzle on each day. Obviously Tuesday is the only "problem day" really. Patrick

This would require some more analytics, but maybe the "load balancing" should could take into account how long it takes for people to complete puzzles on average. Aim for the same general solving time for all puzzles in a day. Saturday's extra could muddle things a bit, as could the 12x12s and the Tuesday 9x9, but nothing insurmountable.

Re: reduce the number of puzzles?
For now I've removed the medium and difficult 5x5 on Tuesday.
I probably should add at least one Calcudoku puzzle to both Friday and Saturday.

Re: reduce the number of puzzles?
Every other Saturday, we have a 15 x 15 puzzle as the extra. I would not add a puzzle on those days.
