If you did that, then you might as well add "continuous error checking" ![BigGrin [biggrin]](./images/smilies/msp_biggrin.gif)

TICKING?!?!?!?!?!?!? ARE YOU INSANE??? I like it very much the way it is... small, black, and nondescript. I have SERIOUS issues with time limits ![Unsure [unsure]](./images/smilies/msp_unsure.gif)

 Re: 8x8 timed
Beaker, Regarding your 4:24 -- it could be worse. Today I was 15th with a 4:35. shunyshe was 11th with a 3:55.

 Re: 8x8 timed
To Patrick - A change like that may cause me to throw my tablet. I have no idea if others have anxiety issues, but I DO. To Marble - How about the Jeopardy Theme? ![Crying [crying]](./images/smilies/msp_crying.gif) Or does tell my age? To both sjse4, and beaker : the times are getting faster. If I can get an extra point one every two months or so, I feel OK. I hate the fact that a 4:30 time will no longer yield results. I do not know if it is just younger people or if it is just a different strategy, or way of thinking. I grew up double checking my math. ![Namaste [namaste]](./images/smilies/msp_namaste.gif)

 Re: 8x8 timed
Anxiety begins to increase greatly as I start any timed puzzle and yes I believe the younger users are making it very difficult for us "older" users to gain a point or 2 on any of the timed puzzles ![Cursing [cursing]](./images/smilies/msp_cursing.gif)

I certainly agree with the anxiety part (at least when it comes to TICKING CLOCKS ![Scared [scared]](./images/smilies/msp_scared.gif) - those things always put me on edge). But I love watching Jeopardy, and I'm still in my young teens - it has nothing to do with age, only the quality of the show. (though I still think it wouldn't necessarily be a good idea to add it to the timer - I'd probably throw my computer anyway )
